2. Membership & Registration
To access certain features, you must register for a membership. You agree to:

D's Muscle 'N' Fitness reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Membership Plans & Payments
By selecting a membership plan, you agree to:
— Pay the applicable fees as described
— Provide valid payment information
— Authorize recurring charges for monthly memberships
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. D's Muscle 'N' Fitness reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days written notice.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued.
5. Code of Conduct
As a D's Muscle 'N' Fitness member, you agree to:
— Treat all staff and members with respect
— Follow all gym rules and safety guidelines
— Use equipment properly and responsibly
— Not engage in any form of harassment or discrimination
— Not bring unauthorized guests without prior approval
Violation of this code may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
6. Health & Safety
By using our facilities, you confirm that:
— You are physically able to participate in fitness activities
— You have consulted a physician if you have any medical conditions
— You assume all risks associated with physical exercise
D's Muscle 'N' Fitness is not liable for any injury or health issues arising from use of our facilities or services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the D's Muscle 'N' Fitness website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of D's Muscle 'N' Fitness and protected by applicable copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from D's Muscle 'N' Fitness.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, D's Muscle 'N' Fitness shall not be liable for:
